1. What is Model Context Protocol (MCP)?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that enables AI applications to securely connect to external data and tools. With Airepoto MCP, Claude and ChatGPT can access meeting data and actions available within your Airepoto account permissions.
With Airepoto MCP, you can:
- ✅ Search your meeting records and transcripts across available time periods
- ✅ Analyze patterns and themes across multiple meetings
- ✅ Generate content from actual meeting data, including summaries, documents, and drafts
- ✅ Surface insights without leaving your AI workflow
For example, you can simply ask “Show me my meetings from July 3.” You do not need to enter individual tool names.
2. Connection flow
Find and connect Airepoto in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in to your Airepoto account, and approve the requested access permissions to complete the connection.
3. Claude setup
Follow these steps to connect Airepoto in Claude on the web or Claude Desktop.
- Go to Customize → Connectors.
- Find Airepoto in Connectors.
- Select Connect or the connection option shown.
- Sign in to your Airepoto account when prompted.
- Review and approve the requested access permissions.
- Once connected, use Airepoto directly from your Claude conversation.
4. ChatGPT setup
In ChatGPT, connect Airepoto from the Plugin Directory.
- Open the Plugin Directory in ChatGPT. You can access it from Plugins in the sidebar or from Settings → Plugins.
- Find Airepoto.
- Open the Airepoto listing and select Connect.
- Sign in to your Airepoto account and approve the requested permissions.
- Once connected, invoke Airepoto with an @ mention in your prompt or select it from + → More.

delete_minutes moves a meeting record to Trash; it does not permanently delete it. You can restore or permanently delete the meeting from Trash in Ai:repoto. The assistant asks for confirmation before running a delete action.transfer_minutes requires you to be a member of both the source and destination groups.6. Examples & usage
Basic usage
For common retrieval tasks, the assistant automatically narrows the context from workspace → group → meeting record → transcript/summary. You only need to describe what you want in natural language.

7. Security and data access
- Authentication: OAuth 2.1 + PKCE. You do not enter your Airepoto password into the AI assistant; sign-in takes place on the authentication page.
- Access scope: The assistant can access data only within your Ai:repoto account permissions and the scopes you approve.
- Relay architecture: The connector relays requests to the Ai:repoto backend and does not store meeting content within the connector itself.
- Transport security: Connections use TLS/HTTPS, with validation for token signature, expiration, and audience.
- Write-action protection: Write actions such as creation, transfer, and deletion are executed only after explicit confirmation.

8. FAQs
Q. Can I edit the contents of an existing meeting record?
A. No. Editing existing meeting content is not currently supported. You can use the available retrieval, summary, creation, transfer, and Trash actions.
Q. Does deleting a meeting permanently remove it?
A. No. The current delete action moves the meeting record to Trash in Airepoto.
Q. Do I need a public API key?
A. No. End users do not need to enter a public API key. Sign in to Ai:repoto and approve access during the connection flow.
Q. Why can’t I find Airepoto in Claude or ChatGPT?
A. Availability may depend on directory listing status, your plan, workspace or organization settings, role, supported surface, and region.
