◆ Key Improvements

  • Service Enhancements
    • Expanded video conferencing support: Following our existing services, you can now invite the meeting bot to WebEx video conferences to generate meeting minutes.
    • Custom meeting bot names: A feature has been added allowing you to freely customize the name of the bot joining the meeting.
    • Enhanced data security: Enterprise asset protection has been strengthened by applying encryption and decryption to both STT scripts and summary data.

       

  • Mobile App (Android, iOS)
    • Prevent audio loss: Added a feature that automatically saves recording files to the device's local storage to prevent data loss in the event of network errors or forced app closures.
    • Performance optimization: Improved pagination and refresh functions to load large lists of meeting minutes more quickly and stably.
    • Voice detection feature: Provides more reliable recording by detecting the presence of voice in real-time during the recording.

       

  • Administrator & System

    • New Audit Log: Security management has been simplified by allowing administrators to view detailed login history, meeting minutes download history, and data modification history on the dedicated admin page.
    • 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) ON by default: Email 2FA will be enabled by default for all accounts to enhance account security.

     

  • Plugin Apps
    • MS Teams plugin: The Microsoft Teams plug-in integration has been officially approved. You can now add and use the Ai:repoto app directly within the MS Teams app store.
